By accessing and using Matchelor, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including buyers, tenants, owners, and agents/agencies.

Matchelor maintains a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited: offensive, hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, harassing, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable content. Any user found posting such content will have their account immediately terminated and all their content permanently removed from the platform.

Matchelor employs automated content filtering systems to detect and prevent objectionable content from being posted. All user-generated content including property listings, messages, reviews, and profile information is subject to automated and manual review. Content that violates our community standards will be filtered, flagged, or removed.

Users can report any objectionable content, abusive behavior, or policy violations directly through the app. Every report is reviewed by our moderation team. We are committed to acting on all reports within 24 hours, which includes removing the offending content and ejecting the user responsible for the violation.

Users have the ability to block any other user they find abusive or objectionable. When a user is blocked: (1) their content is instantly removed from the blocking user's feed, (2) the developer/moderation team is immediately notified of the block action and the reason, and (3) the blocked user's account and content will be reviewed within 24 hours for policy violations.

Matchelor commits to acting on all objectionable content reports within 24 hours. Enforcement actions include: removing the offending content, issuing warnings, temporarily suspending accounts, or permanently terminating accounts of users who provide objectionable content. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned without the possibility of reinstatement.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Identity verification may be required for certain features including listing properties and contacting other users. Misrepresentation of identity or credentials may result in account suspension.

All property listings must be accurate and represent real, available properties. Owners and agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of listing information including pricing, location, photos, and property details. Matchelor does not verify the accuracy of listings and is not responsible for discrepancies. Fraudulent or misleading listings will be removed and may result in account termination.

Users agree to interact respectfully and professionally on the platform. Harassment, spam, discriminatory behavior, and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Users must not use the platform for any illegal purpose. Matchelor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards without prior notice.

Matchelor serves as a platform connecting property seekers with property owners and agents. We do not participate in or guarantee any real estate transactions. Matchelor is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions or interactions between users. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering any agreements.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Matchelor, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

We may collect facial images and related biometric information solely for the purpose of identity verification. This information is used to confirm that users are real individuals and to enhance trust and safety within the platform. Facial data is processed securely and is not used for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purposes. We do not sell or share facial data with third parties except with trusted service providers who assist in identity verification and are bound by strict data protection obligations. Facial data is retained only for as long as necessary to complete the verification process and is deleted within a limited period thereafter, unless otherwise required by law. Users may request deletion of their data at any time.

Matchelor reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
